I recently worked with JP, who was actually representing the seller of the property that I wanted to purchase, but he was so enjoyable to talk to that I just hhe ad him represent me as well. He was super responsive, as in he answered the phone when I called and when he was not available his staff was always right there. His communication was clear, and his process was transparent without being too burdensome. The negotiation, transaction, and transition of the property to me could not have gone better, I am 100% satisfied with how things went. This guy has the integrity, knowledge, and work ethic that you want in a realtor whether you are buying or selling. And he has the personality that will keep the process of buying a home light and enjoyable.

Acquired an investment property with JP and he was there to help me with all my questions. He also had a network of people that made the process with inspections a breeze. Not to mention a network of people to address most anything that pops up... Handyman? I know one...Electrician? I got one. You need some junk removed? I know a guy. Learned a lot during this transaction for sure. I would use him again.

I had my home listed with another realtor for about nine months and didn't even receive an offer. The realtor didn't call me back; I didn't know what was going on regarding the sale of my home. The situation was doubly frustrating since I had recently moved out of state and didn't have any way to check on the realtor. Then I listed my home with JP. I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in the level of service. JP worked hard to market my home to potential buyers. He kept me up to date with the latest information regarding the sale and he provided invaluable advice along the way. Lo and behold, I received an offer shortly thereafter and my home sold quickly.
