JP is the realtor you wish you had. He is kindhearted, compassionate, a wonderful listener and makes you feel like you are his only client. He goes over and beyond to make sure he is meeting your needs. He is always available for a quick or long chat and is available at the drop of a hat to show a property. We worked with JP a little less than a year and we were able to purchase both property and a house from him with both transactions being seamless. He was more than just a realtor, he was our friend!

J P is a very knowledgeable and hard working realtor. We had a very unique but difficult waterfront home to sell. Through his perseverance and sales and negotiation skills he found the right buyer for us. We were very pleased with his personality and experience in selling our type of home. We tried several big name realtors prior to J P to no avail. He knows the area and how to match the right buyer and seller. I’d never use anyone else.
