Me and my fiancé were blessed to have worked with Juan in the purchase of our first home. He is skilled, knowledgeable, honest and works extremely hard for his clients.

We came to him about a year and a half ago excited to get started on the home buying process. He explained the basics and told us exactly what we needed to get started. He was patient, thorough and professional.

Once we were ready to buy, he and his team made the process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions and meet with us to show us homes we were interested in. Within three months, Juan found the perfect home for us.

Most people with whom we talked about home buying would say it was one of the most stressful experiences for them. Not for us with Juan and his team by our side.

We closed on our beautiful home last month and couldn’t be happier.
