Juan was a caring and wonderful person to work with, which was so appreciated in the often stressful search for a new home. Juan and I had scheduled a virtual tour via video call. I was running late on my end and he offered to do a video as a favor to me so I could also have something to replay and go over in my own time. I happily accepted, and when I watched the video I was impressed with Juan's care and attention to detail throughout. He took his time to show me the area around the property and was thoughtful enough to show me multiple ways of entering the home. It far exceeded my expectations and I can see he takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend Juan and he is at the top of my list for any future real estate help I may need.

We have used Juan Soto for several years for our real estate needs. Juan first was our agent for a rental home. In January 2023 we used Juan again as our realtor to purchase a home. The market is tight and Juan worked hard to get our offer accepted. I highly recommend Juan for all real estate needs.
