Accomplished, resourceful, energetic and oh, so passionate, Zulu gives his all to his real estate clients. Born in Miami, his family moved to Colombia when he was six years old. At 17, he relocated back to the United States to join the U.S Air Force, where he served in active duty for 10 years. He was deployed to the Middle East on five different tours in Afghanistan and Uzbekistan and selected in the 2% of all the Air Force to fly and flew on an AC-130H Gunship for Special ops.
For his service, he was awarded three times for meritorious action on special, classified missions. While working on electronics maintenance in the military, he was also able to attend and graduate college. After retiring from the military, he moved to Miami where he served 10 years at the F.B.I.
Throughout his exciting and varied background, he discovered his passion for real estate. It was the constant in his life as he purchased properties regardless of the field of work or chapter of life, he was in. His real estate ventures have taken him all over Greater Miami and Broward from luxury condos to rehabilitations of single-family homes, exclusive waterfront properties, and builds from the ground up. He develops strong relationships and works closely with one of the region’s most talented builders.
Zulu’s highly diverse background and multi-cultural experience have given him a unique understanding of Miami’s current consumer, while also having the knowledge to perfectly understand the demands of international consumers—especially South Americans– in search of real estate guidance.
An expert in sales and contract negotiations along with his business-savvy mindset and immense knowledge of South Florida’s current market dynamic and potential give him the upper hand when performing real estate transactions.
He currently resides in Miami Shores, an area where he has become a subject matter expert. Here Zulu has renovated properties and secured investment properties for himself, sellers and buyers who look to be part of the distinguished and sophisticated “Upper Eastside”, revolution.
When he’s not working a real estate transaction, you can catch Zulu racing motorcycles competitively on tracks across Florida, boating on Florida’s waterways or with his wife chasing around their toddler daughter.
