I met Jude through an Inquiry online ad last year, at the time we were only looking and dreaming, and it wasn’t till this year that we called again and decided to go see a property with her, in fact we only looked at three, it wasn’t very long before we could see that she is very knowledgeable of the area and a straight shooter when it came to choosing the right property. My wife and I had Jude as our realtor for the recent purchase of a home in Gold Beach. She was professional in every way. She knew the area real estate market very well and kept us informed. She was patient, accommodating and very considerate of our demanding schedules. We were from out of state and so this was especially difficult at times. Once we found the home that we wanted to purchase she advised us well, always looking after our best interest while showing genuine concern for the seller as well. After the closing, she was kind enough to help us in getting set up with local services and contractors and was even willing to accept deliveries of items and store them at her office until we arrived back in town. She is the consummate professional but perhaps more importantly she treated us like family. Our experience with Jude could not have been better and we would definitely recommend her to our family and friends.
