Buying a new home is a scary and intimidating experience. Especially when the other party attempts to do for sale by owner. Having only one realtor in the transaction, plus 2 slow-to-respond attorneys can make any situation even more difficult. Judit was solely responsible for me completing the transaction by my requested closing date. She was the middleman between the seller and me and assisted us with our negotiations instead of waiting a week at a time for our respective attorneys to respond on our behalves. Judit is a great realtor and I’m privileged to call her my friend now too! Go with Judit and you won’t go wrong!!!
