We appreciated the follow through with the final sales discussions to complete the sale. Ours was a specialty property that required this type of a professional realtor.

Judi was an amazing partner in helping our family sell and buy a new home. She did everything the right way, quickly, and explained everything so we understood each step in the process. Her knowledge of different vendors to use for painting, plumbing, home inspections, cleaning was a great addition and really took all the guesswork out of it all. Judi is an absolutely wonderful agent! When my wife and I first met with her, Judi made sure to get a list of our wants and needs for a house. We began looking just when real estate prices began to skyrocket, so it took almost two and a half years before an offer of ours was accepted. Throughout the process, Judi was simply amazing; she kept our spirits up and worked with us to help us make strong offers and good decisions, she always had good advice and made sure to look out for our best interests. Judi was always available to help or give us advice. I can honestly say that I think my wife and I would have given up if not for Judi.

Judi was committed to finding us the right home during a time of a near impossible market and did so while meeting all of our specific, unique criteria. She went above and beyond relentlessly pursing options, communicating to us in a straight-forward and honest manner, and invested a lot of time and effort to get us our dream home. Her compassion and empathy made us feel welcome as we were relocating to a new region from a different state. What can I say! Judi is the sweetest and most helpful Realtor. We enjoyed working with Judi for the sale of our first home. She was outstanding in helping us prep our home, from our initial meeting, staging, and sale she went over everything very thoughrougly and answered all our questions. You aren't just another client to Judi, she makes you feel very comfortable and like you've known each other for years. She brought in a professional photographer so our house was presented beautifully online. Judi helped with the sale of my house and the sale my mother-in-laws house. Judi went above and beyond to help us prep for the sale of both houses by making suggestions on improvements to make our houses more appealing to buyers. She brought in a professional photographer and assisted with staging. She did her research to ensure we were listing our houses at the right price to drive in traffic. Because of her experience, expertise and attention to detail both houses had multiple offers and sold within a week of being on the market. In addition, Judi is extremely responsive and organized. I first reached out to Judi after we had an offer rejected on a house we were in love with. She was the listing agent for that house, and I wanted to know more about the offer that won. After talking to her, we decided to work with her moving forward. She showed us several houses and learned what we did and didn't like about each one, until she found the perfect home for us. She helped us with our offer to make sure it was the most attractive, and it was accepted over several others. We then had her help us sell our current home. She told us what to work on and how to get it ready for pictures and listing, and every idea she had made such an incredible difference, we couldn't believe it. She brought us fresh flowers and finishing touch decorations, and even helped us clean! She walked us through every step of the process, including the very stressful task of showing the house while we still lived in it (with small children and pets). We received several offers on our house, and accepted one well above our asking price that we couldn't be happier with. I've worked with Judi on many new build transactions (I work for a Gerber Homes - Local Home Builder). Judi has excellent communication skills and is responsive. I can tell she really desires to help her clients with their Real Estate Transaction. On of couple of new builds Judi helped coordinate the buyers existing home sale and new home build/completion to coincide. I'd consider Judi as your Realtor.
