A Miami resident since 1978, Judy Zeder has been a licensed Realtor-Associate in Florida for over 20 years. She decided to become a realtor after becoming convinced that her abundant energy, outgoing nature, dedicated work ethic, and insistence on perfection as a goal in all she undertakes, merged with the many friends and contacts she had made over decades of community and charitable activities, would make her an ideal real estate agent. She brought her son, Nathan, into the real estate business in 2003, and they became known as “The Zeder Team.” Her daughter, Kara, joined the team in 2009. The Zeder Team became one of the top residential real estate groups in Miami, consistently ranking in the top three groups in Miami-Dade County and in the top one-half of one percent nationally.
Judy uses her unique expertise and creativity to provide her clients with the best possible real estate services in Miami. She also is a “full-service” relocation expert and has helped many families assimilate into the community with ease. Judy recognizes that every property she deals with represents a major and important investment for her clients, regardless of the price range. She provides the same respect and care for all her clients, committing wholeheartedly to each of them, and believes that helping her clients through the purchase or sale of a home means “being available whenever they are.” Her skills, experience, dedication, and vision, combined with the highest ethical standards, have produced consistently impressive results for her clients year after year.
For 40 years, Judy has been active in the Miami community. She has chaired fundraising events and activities for every school her children attended, as well as The Junior League, Beaux Arts, the American Red Cross, Villagers, Kristi House, the Detroit branch of Women of Tomorrow, Doctors Hospital, Baptist Health System, United Way of Miami-Dade, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and The Underline. She has served as an officer or on the board of directors of many of these organizations, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Baptist Health of South Florida Foundation, the Doctors Hospital Foundation Council, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Senior Executive Committee, and The Underline, and sits on the Community Advisory Board of Care Elementary School.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Judy graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana in 1975. Shortly after moving to Miami in 1978, she met her future husband, Jon Zeder, marrying him in 1979. They are the proud parents of three children: Nathan, Evan, and Kara, and have four grandchildren.
