We have worked with Judy twice now and both times have had only the most wonderful experience with her and her team. Judy has unsurpassed knowledge of Waunakee and the surrounding areas. It really helps that she seems to have contacts every where! She made herself very available to us and helped to guide us through a long a stressful process. This most recent sale had many obstacles, but Judy was always there to help us navigate through the necessary channels. If we ever had a question or a doubt, Judy was always there with a quick response and a truthful answer. She never pressured us or tried to steer us in any certain direction. Rather she empowered us to make our own choices and find out what was right for us. There was much negotiation that went on behind the scenes and only later did we fully realize what Judy had put together for us. She did an amazing job and I fully trust her and her son Austin. I can honestly say that Judy isn't just a realtor to me now, she is a friend. A friend that I would trust with one of the most important things, findng a safe and happy home for my family. She always worked in our best interest with only the most genuine intentions.
