A friend recommended Judy Ballard to us and we were so grateful to have her as our agent. The real estate market has been particularly crazy since the pandemic, and Judy has guided us well every step of the way. She has been honest when she thought a listing was too high or the area was not one we would be happy to live in. Since we live in NYC and cannot easily view Florida apartments, she has gone to view listings and taken pictures of homes we were interested in to tell us if it was worth flying down to see it. Her opinions have been extremely valuable and have saved us time ( and money!). Although she wanted to sell us an apartment, she equally wanted us to be happy with our purchase. In addition to always going above and beyond, Judy is a delightful person who is easy to work with, knowledgeable about Florida real estate and just fun to be with. I would highly recommend Judy to any buyer who is interested buying in the areas she represents.

Judy was absolutely amazing. She absolutely killed it and went above and beyond what I ever imagined a Realtor would do. I can't express how amazing she is. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

BEST REALTOR ON SINGER ISLAND
She sold our condo when 2 other realtors could not.I have never seen an agent do more marketing.and she was in contact with us continually. I would definitely highly recommend her.
