The Queen of Hampton Roads Real Estate! What can I say but Thanks! I previously lived in the area and remembered Judy's name and gave her a call. I was happily surprised that she took on my listing herself. We had mentally moved on from being a landlord and the value of the real estate had achieved the mark we set. Judy meticulously went over the details and got into the weeds to sell my (2) rental 4 plexes to another Owner so they can profit from them for hopefully another 22 years. I highly recommend her for her business savvy and network of great people / contractors (except 1 Beneath Your home , horrible attitude) who got in there fast to address the needs in order for the deal to be executed. This is more than a review. This is a testimony. Judy is God sent! I am a realtor and mortgage broker in Texas and naturally I wanted only the best to sell my house in Virginia. The problem is I didn’t know anyone in Virginia. So I did what everyone does, I looked on google. Well Judy Boone Realty popped up and I saw she was a highly respected and successful broker in the area. So I decided to call her. I figured she would hand me off to one of her realtors for my listing but…this is when the real story begin.

JUDY WAS PHENOMENAL! From start to finish, her sincerity, care, service and exceptional knowledge was more than I could ever imagine. She is more than a broker or a realtor, she is now part of my family. She treated my property like it was hers listing. With me not being in the state, she went above and beyond. She went to Lowes, Home Depot, and other hardware stores looking and purchasing upgrades for improvements; from choosing color pallets for the walls to picking out sinks and granite for upgrades, her tenacity is exceptional and her negotiating skills are second to none.

Long story short, Judy was God sent. I wish she was a broker in Texas, I learned so much from her. She is who you want for any real estate transaction in Virginia.

These guys really know their stuff. By far the largest and most organized property management in the entire area. Looking for rentals in the area can be daunting. There's a LOT of income limited places so military like us had a very hard time finding something. There is also a LOT of places that change their prices DAILY!!! Never seen anything like it except in Virginia. If you want good, honest people then go to Judy Boone hands down. They have an easy to read list that is very detailed and people there that are super friendly.

I've been renting from them since August 2015, I've never had any issues.(I also pay my rent on time) They also sent out there personal Plummer when the town was taking too long! I would definitely recommend to check Judy out if you're in the OV area.

Judy Boone Realty has been a wonderful team of realtors to work with to obtain information about the Hampton Roads area. They are very helpful to ensure clients have all of their needs discussed and ensure they know what each client needs. In addition to real estate they are all very active with community involvement.
