Judy was an absolutely fantastic realtor during the entire process! Judy was prompt, extremely friendly and thorough. She was also extremely knowledgeable. Judy was easy to contact and would always respond quickly. For example, our firat buyer's financing fell through 2 weeks in to the process. Judy is responsive, knowledgeable, and forward thinking. She works hard for you and is available 24 hours a day and will keep you informed if there is a showing or interest in your home…of if there has not been.…not like many realtors, who after listing your place, you never see or hear from them. In the past four years she has sold two homes for me and helped me find and purchase three other homes, one that I first rented, and a year later she sold in one day. She not only advised me what I needed to do to make my homes sell quickly, she came in and actually helped stage my homes, something she offers all of her sellers. She also helped me in buying a house that had my heart because my dad built it in 1944. Judy had to deal with the other realtor, foreclosure banks etc. and led me to make the winning offer on the house and close on it in five days. I have had experience with many other realtors before Judy became a realtor and Judy is by far the strongest I have seen. As a General Contractor I depend on my realtor more than anyone else in my business. Before signing Judy as my Realtor, my previous new construction was listed for six months without a single showing. Judy listed that same house, showed it to the first prospective buyer within 10 days of listing it and that buyer purchased the home.
