Judy Chapman

Judy has been in real estate since 2004, and is experienced in all aspects of the role, including existing homes, manufactured homes (single-wide, double-wides, modulars), vacant land, tax foreclosures, mortgage foreclosures, short sales, estates. As the owner and primary broker of Appleseed Realty, she covers the major markets around Monroe NC and adjoining counties/cities. She also partners with realtors in other areas, such as NC Mountains and NC Coastal area for vacation properties.
