Judy went above and beyond. She anticipated my needs and met them all with a smile on her face and expert advice. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the selling of my condo seamless. I was quite nervous about the process of selling considering the market for condos wasn’t at its best. Judy walked me through step-by-step, made sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations. When it came time to take the staging pictures, Judy rolled up her sleeves and actually helped me clear out junk I had. She checked and double checked everything for me and she kept things real with me. And, she sure knows her career. She always took or returned calls and answered every question that I had. To say she is patient and kind is an understatement. She is so down to earth and very easy to talk to. WHAT A PLEASURE!

We worked with Judy to sell our rental property. She toured the property, recommended areas to repair and put together a selling strategy to get the maximum traffic during the open house so we could get a variety of buyers and their offers. She did a fantastic job crafting a video to virtually stage non-furnished areas all the while working with our tenants to ensure they were content and comfortable with showings given this very scary COVID times. She advised us which documents had to completed with the county and recommended attorneys to interview. Our sale was not easy as the buyer was delayed several times by their mortgage company (missing closing dates twice!) and Judy tirelessly contacted/followed-up with the buyer agent, buyer attorney and our attorney to ensure everything possible was done to get the sale finalized. She constantly gave us updates on a daily basis and spent time to talk through options on what to do should we need to find a new buyer. She is very knowledgeable from a buyer or seller point of view, has a high sense of honesty and integrity in her role and will literally work night and day as your advocate. If you want someone to be there when you need advice, education and support, I absolutely recommend speaking to Judy before you make any decisions on your next broker representative. Bar none, she will be the one you compare other brokers to!

Judy is the best! As a first time home buyer I did not know much about the ins and outs of buying a house. Judy was very impressive with her all her knowledge and experience. She was able to take me step by step through the buying process in a way that I was able to understand. I gave her my wish list of the perfect home and she delivered. She was responsive and never missed a call or text. At times when I was preoccupied with work, she helped keep me on track with things that needed to be done. I am so thankful to Judy for making my home buying experience not only quick and painless but enjoyable.

We were so fortunate to have Judy as our realtor. From the very beginning Judy was very informative and responsive. She explained to us the entire process thoroughly. Not only were we first time home buyers but also relocating from NYC to NJ. Leaning on Judy during this entire process sure made it a lot less stressful. She took into consideration each of our request when selecting houses for us to view. If there were any red flags in a home, she pointed them out immediately. She was always available for any questions we had. We were house hunting during a tough competitive market, but she continued to assure us that we will find the perfect home and work tireless until we did. Judy is very knowledgeable and responsive. I started to search for a property to settle down about a couple of years ago, but had hard time since I was using VA loan. She patiently helped me to search a right property and finally got one. She gave me many advices and worked with seller and lender to close as soon as possible.

Judy was the BEST realtor I could have met!! This was my first time buying a home so I had zero idea what to do. She walked me through everything while making sure I stayed on top of deadlines. She honestly made everything super easy and stress free. By the end I even told her it felt like I was buying a dress and not a home with how simple she made it feel. She also guided me in the best direction possible with her honest opinion on places (things I would never have even known to account for like HOA fees, hidden assessment fees, ect). I could not have asked for an easier/smoother process. She knew how to push to get the best deal for me. AND so easy to keep in contact with her.- answers all messages/calls/emails in a timely manner. By the end she even gave me tips on how to save money for things I wanted to renovate. She truly was the best and definitely knew her stuff. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

Buying a home is a very overwhelming process especially when your moving to unknown territory and moving a whole family. Judy was an amazing realtor not only because of her kind approach but her complete honesty. She always made certain to put forward all the information so that we could make a better decision. Judy was great because she always kept us in the loop during each part of the process, was not afraid to give a little push for responses from sellers representatives and was truly involved and invested in us finding the right home. We would recommend her to everyone and anyone that wants a kind, honest and firm realtor on their side.
