Judy Hearst

Judy’s job is to help people find solutions in real estate. Judy, a second-generation broker has an extensive career in real estate. Judy loves working in southeast Wisconsin and sharing her vast knowledge. Judy enjoys the connections she makes with interesting clients that she has the opportunity to work with. She strives to treat people how she expects to be treated and provides a high personal level of customer communication throughout transactions. Judy has always said “paychecks come and go, it’s the relationships that matter”.
She has had the privilege to be involved in many aspects of real estate in her career including, owning a Coldwell Banker franchise, sales manager of Coldwell Banker offices, Director of Education and for 15 years was Regional Vice President the nationally owned Coldwell Banker company in which she oversaw southeast office offices and operations. In 2017 Judy returned to her full time sales to enjoy serving her clients many who have used Judy's real estate service multiple times. In 2015 Judy received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. Judy believes in supporting her communities, and has been on several real estate boards including the Wisconsin Realtor Association, Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors and Metro MLS. Judy is also president of the board of the Wisconsin Quilt and Fiber Art Museum in Cedarburg, WI and currently on the board of Metro MLS. Judy is inspired and finds joy in the opportunities and interesting connections she makes while helping find real estate solutions for her clients.
