Judy Klier

Judy is one of the lucky ones who gets to do what she loves. She has often been asked if she likes selling real estate and her answer is you cannot sell someone a home. They have to make the often-emotional decision that this is where they want to live or for whatever reason where they no longer want to live. Her job is to help them realize their dream.

She views herself as a facilitator, advisor, and advocate for her clients. Most people do not buy and sell homes every day, so they need help to navigate through the complex and ever-changing process. She always keeps in mind that this can be a very stressful event and her charge is to make the transition flow with as few hiccups as possible. In order to do that she prides herself in constant communication with all parties and anticipating any problems before they rise.

She will not bore you with the details of her life because that has little to do with her ability to do the work she needs to do for her clients. She will tell you she was in the top 7% of active agents in the greater Spokane Market selling close to seven million in product in 2017.
