Judy Kokanos

Judy Kokanos is licensed in Washington and Idaho. In addition, she brings 25 years of experience in title and escrow, making her an expert in navigating the closing process of your real estate transaction. She enjoys helping buyers find their ideal property and helping sellers find the freedom and satisfaction of selling their home or land. Judy has an unwavering positive attitude, is a great listener and loves to be helpful. She was a volunteer EMT for 17 years and has worked with the West Pend Oreille Fire Department in Bonner County for over 35 years, currently serving as their Secretary/Treasurer and occasional grant writer. Her volunteerism displays her commitment to service, her loyalty to the community and her indispensable skill set.

Judy is an avid reader, enjoys films and loves spending time with her family. She has “too many grandkids and great-grandkids to count” with new members seemingly being added to the family each year. Judy has lived in the Inland Northwest much of her life. Her travels across the Western United States and Western Europe have confirmed to her that this area is the most beautiful and special place on earth. The friendly community, proximity to cities, plus the benefits and beauty of rural America make Judy proud to call this area home.
