About Judy
Judy Serocinski’s passion is real estate! Judy’s story began 15 years ago when her family and her started Flippin’ Out Home Renovations. Together they bought, gutted, renovated, and sold numerous homes. It was through their family business that she was able to use her creativity and design technique to give new life to old, forsaken homes, sparking her love for real estate. The excitement she gained from seeing old houses transformed into new homes pushed her to expand her passion and become a realtor.
It is Judy’s personal mission to help her clients find the home of their dreams. She listens – so she knows what is most important to them. She practices patience – so they know that she is willing to show them as many houses as necessary until they have found “the ONE.” Then she assists and guides them through the entire home-buying process; start to close. (Or the “this is it; this is the one” to the “here are the keys to your new home.”)
She does what it takes to make her clients feel confident in their purchase. She is open with her clients and gives them her honest opinion of all the homes they visit. Flipping homes for so many years she prides herself on being able to pick out, not only troubled areas in home, but ones that have the potential to be everything her client’s dream their home to be.
When listing a home, she makes it her personal mission to help others see the potential and beauty her client’s home has to offer. She does a preliminary walk through and makes suggestions to assist her clients to make their home appealing to ALL potential buyers. She also invests her time in open houses when requested. Some feel this is a dying practice, but not her. Word of mouth is extremely powerful and even if someone visiting your home is not interested in buying, they may know someone who is.
On a more personal note, when she is not working as a realtor, or flipping houses, she enjoys spending time with her family.
She also enjoys meeting new people, and she would love to meet you.
