I live in one of Judy's rentals in Ferndale--

No doubt, it's a tough time to be looking for a place to live, but her rent prices are fair & reasonable & she's been a wonderful landlord.

I feel very at peace in the space I'm renting from her & hope to stay for quite awhile!

Judy was referred to me by my daughter who lives in Ferndale, saying Judy always did a lot of marketing in the area. She met with me, listened to my needs, made suggestions to attract buyers. We agreed on a plan, she is always on top of things and has excellent follow up. She knew my area in Warren, and discussed each potential buyer with me. I was so nervous about selling my home of 44 years, but she made everything happen so smoothly. Never regretted my choice to have her sell my house.
