Judy is great! We are out-of-town buyers, and she helped us find (and close on!) a property in Lincoln City. Sometimes we couldn't make it to town for showings. So she would go FOR us--and would even give us a live video tour if a property was worth seeing before we could make a trip ourselves!!!

She hung tough with us for many months, looking at many properties--and all the while we were still deciding between a home or a vacant lot.

Once we were in escrow, she coached us along, making sure we didn't miss any deadlines. :)

Judy's patient, professional, and fun. Would use her again! A+

Our experience of Judy as our realtor was fantastic. She was helpful - no request seemed too much for her, supportive - especially important as we were out of state when our home was listed and ( quickly!) sold. The whole selling process was smooth and we sold our home quickly and at a good price. We would definitely recommend Judy if you are thinking of selling your home.

From start to finish, a complete success! If ever there was an ideal realtor, who streamlined the process of selling a home, it is Judy Vial. I was selling our family beach home, a home that had been the centerpiece of beloved memories for 48 years. I should also add this was my first time selling a home on my own. The combination of emotions, and overriding fear of entering this process, often kept me up at night. From the moment I met Judy, I knew I was in good hands. Competent, responsive day or night, and passionate about her desire to make sure every step is fully handled, flawlessly. The fact that she has the most kind and pleasing demeanor, was icing on the cake. As I look back on the entire process, my son and I are amazed at how smoothly each step was handled. It almost seemed like a dream, as it was so easy and effortless, and even now that it has been just a week out after closing, we look back at this entire process in complete awe and amazement. Judy got us to the finish line with no stress, no problems whatsoever. I cannot say enough great things about Judy, and if you chose her to be your realtor, it will be the best decision you could make.

Judy is a gem. She worked with my sisters and me to liquidate our mother's home. And, siblings do not always agree. She was patient and helped us resolve our concerns. She remembered those concerns throughout the process and would always ask to be certain we did not overlook something. Judy was prominent in our vacation home neighborhood as a listing real-estate agent and though we did not know her at the time, we thought it might be an advantage to have a neighbor as our selling agent. We weren’t wrong! From the first contact we were so pleased with Judy’s friendliness, knowledge of the local market and her experience in real estate processes. Her advice was most helpful in preparing our home for listing and showing. She soon had an interested party who made a full-price offer which we gladly accepted and the sale closed quickly.
