Judy is an awesome realtor, who will help you get the best deal possible on your home. She successfully got the seller to lower their price by 10 k plus. She was able to do that with her experience and knowledge. Then, she was able to attain seller credits for me on top of the price reduction. Judy is a kind and joyful person, also. Judy bought and sold the house in Stockton for me. She knows the area well and provided very insightful recommendations for a good location. I bought a beautiful house in a good neighborhood, and it became a very good investment. I trusted her judgment so much that I only saw the house after buying it.

The house was in very bad shape after I evicted the tenant. Along with the contractors, Judy arranged, managed, and fixed the entire house. She has a very good sense of style and is a perfectionist. She even asked the contractor to repaint the house with the color she requested. She was able to sell the house at its highest price (compared to the house's entire pricing history), which is extremely impressive especially during this pandemic. She is passionate about helping others and has always gone above and beyond when helping me. She's an exceptional agent, and after the process was completed, I realized that she is also an good friend.

Having been in the real estate business for the past 15 years, I've counted on Judy's sharp senses to sell my homes quickly. She knows how to attract buyers and her contacts in Stockton are extensive. Judy does everything from start to finish and gets through any hiccups flawlessly. Fromg staging a house to holding open houses every week, she works HARD for you.

While realtors may have the reputation of lying to make a quick buck, Judy comes up with solutions and doesn't lie.

If I had any concerns about Judy's professionalism or expertise, I surely wouldn't have recommended her to my family members and have her sell their homes.

Judy helped me purchased my first home. From start to finish, it took her a month and a half to finalize the sale and I was able to move in immediately. She went above and beyond by writing and presenting a short bio of myself, negotiated repairs and got me home appliances. Her efforts helped me buy my first home at a good cost and I didn't have to stress about anything. Judy was there with me every step of the way and she made me feel confident in making my decision.

If you want to sell your house, if you want the beat price, if you want the best service, and if you want the top dollar you have to sign with her! She sold a few houses for me and she’s very helpful. She always went above and beyond for me and is very worth your time. She’s very kind and will do what you want of her and more. I sold an investmenr property in Stockton and I looked out for several agents before I see Judy. I impressed with her knowledge in the area and her professional as well as honesty, I decided to ask for her help and I'm glad I did! Initially I wanted to sell the house for $420k (some agents wanted me to sell at $410k-$415k) and I ended up sold it for $441k with Judy's advice. I spent roughly $15k in remodel as Judy recommended and I ended up selling it higher than expected. She also helped me with 1031 exchange process and everything went really smooth. My property had received offers in about a week and the deal was closed 6 weeks later, took more time than expected because I had some problems with power attorney document.
I would definitely recommend her, and continue doing business with her in the future when I sell or buy other properties in Stockton.
