When my wife I were trying to decided whether or not to move or do a major renovation on our existing home we engaged Julene as our agent. One thing was apparent from our first sit down and that was that Julene is most definitely a "people person"; her enthusiasm for her job and desire to really help you as an individual are first and foremost. She really listened to us and focused very quickly on the properties that fit our criteria. She was also very quick to make modifications to our criteria as we looked at properties. Even when it became clear that our most likely course of action was going to be modification instead of purchase Julene never dialed back her enthusiasm or her willingness to meet and show a property even on short notice. Ultimately we chose to not purchase but that decision had nothing to do with Julene. We have recommended Julene to others interested in Spokane real estate and we will continue to do so int the future. If you are looking for an agent who will put your needs wants and needs way ahead of just pushing to make a sale then you can do no better than working with Julene.
