Look no further for a great realtor, seriously! I hired Juli to sell a rental home of mine. Her integrity stretches to both buyer and seller sides which made me feel good from a seller standpoint and would feel equally the same if I was a buyer. Juli is quick to respond to my calls or texts, even when she was on vacation. When I was out of state, she took care of some items that needed to be fixed on the property by contacting and coordinating the service people to get it done, wow! I highly recommend Juli Hagstrom, she is an outstanding realtor!

I don’t have enough positive things to say about our experience working with Juli Hagstrom. My husband and I purchased property, with Juli’s assistance, from 1,200 miles away. During the entire process, which was somewhat stressful for us given the distance, Juli was always professional, courteous and reliably available to answer any questions or concerns that arose. She is professionally knowledgeable and personally kind and caring…an absolute pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend.

Juli is amazing! my partner and I were first time homebuyers in a super hot market, and Juli was there to guide us every step of the way and didn't give up. Because of her, we were able to find our amazing little first house that meets all of our needs and then some, and was below our top price! She was encouraging, followed up every time she said she would, and very very knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. She has tons of professional connections, like with inspectors and mortgage agents, and all of them were professional and knowledgeable as well. 10/10, will definitely work with Juli again on our next purchase!

We decided quickly to sell our house and Juli was right there with us quickly responding to our needs and helping us do our best to prepare our house for showings. She was kind and friendly as we went through each room determining what should stay and what should go. She understood the memories associated with objects and art work and photos and honored those emotions. She was helpful in all aspects of the process, our home sold in five days so we did not have to deal with a long term situation which made it easier for all of us. We felt lucky to have picked a good realtor that knew the area and had contacts and connections to our specific location.

She listened to my interests and needs in a home and was responsive to my questions and concerns throughout our working relationship. Juli was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable and a true strategist when it came to making an offer and securing my new place! Especially as a first-time home buyer, she was sure to walk me through every step of the process and explain how everything works, I always felt I could reach out to her with any questions (to which she was very fast/responsive). Lastly, she was very attentive to my individual wants and needs out of a home, and worked with me to achieve those. I’m very happy with my new place, and cannot recommend Juli enough!

I enjoyed working with Juli for many reasons. I was a first-time home buyer and Juli was very helpful throughout the entire process. Working with Juli Hagstrom was a complete joy. I have never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly. I found her to be extremely conscientious, paying attention to every detail to make things go well.
She was obviously very knowledgable about the real estate markets, both locally and nationally. She knew all her numbers exactly and has great support relationships recommending very reliable financial, title companies etc.
Her kind and respectful nature was so easy to work with, not pushy or ever too busy like a lot of others realtors. I highly recommend Juli. You really will not regret or 2nd guess your decision.

Juli is an amazing realtor. She has helped us buy a home, sell a home, and even ALMOST buy a home. Her advice has always been spot on and very practical. She has never tried to railroad us into making a certain decision. We have never worried that her guidance was not 100% accurate.
