In Julia’s experience, real estate is never about "real estate". It's about people's lives. It can be one of the most exciting and stressful times in a person's life. There is a major decision to be made that will affect where they live, their finances, family and future.

Being a realtor® since 1988, Julia does take her career very seriously. At times she is a counselor. She reviews financial and legal aspects of the contracts and helps stage homes to perfect the properties appearance on the market.

Julia has taken many Washington State certified law, finance and appraisal courses. She is an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) with Feng Shui theory and practice basics pus extensive seller marketing courses. She is an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and a CMS (Certified E-Marketing Specialist). She helps both buyers and sellers with short sales and foreclosures as well. She specializes in residential real estate, multi-family, new construction/pre-sales and land development.
