About Julia

Originally from Brooklyn New York. I graduated Fort Hamilton HS and attended Brooklyn College before I left NYC in 1979. I began in Auto and Retail Sales in SC from 1981 until 1985 then moved to NC where I became a Realtor in 1985. I moved back to SC and lived in the rivers of SC in a houseboat for five years then sailed down to Florida in 1997. I got my Florid Real Estate license in 1999.
I was the President of the Home Owners Association where I live and a member of the FMO- Florida Manufactured Home Owners Association which keeps me informed of the laws governing Manufactured Homes in rental Parks. In addition to Real Estate I sell Manufactured Homes in senior and family parks.

When I’m not working I am swimming at Deleon Springs, roller skating, doing Tia Chi with my husband and Zumba, Pilates and Spin Classes at the Deltona and Deland YMCA.

I have worked with the senior population for the last 16 years. I currently own a Homemaker companion agency that assists Seniors at home.
