Julia Holmes

As a licensed Florida Realtor, Julia has earned her reputation as a top-performing agent for more than 17 years, helping clients buy and sell property all along the Florida Panhandle. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams, whether that means purchasing an investment property, finding a dream home, downsizing to a more manageable lifestyle or finding land for custom homes. Julia is the only real estate agent on the Panhandle with specializations as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES).

When she is not enjoying the blue-green water of the Gulf of Mexico or the beautiful Panhandle beaches, Julia serves as a board member for the ARC of the Emerald Coast, an organization dedicated to providing services to adults and children with developmental disabilities.
