I first met Julia when she was showing a home I was considering. Being from Florida and searching for a second home in Georgia, I appreciated her approachable demeanor and local expertise. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the home she was showing, I knew I needed a local realtor to help me with another property I was interested in, so I reached out and asked her to represent me as a buyer. What stood out to me was her deep connection to the area—not only did she know the region inside and out, but she also had personal relationships with key parties like the builder, developer, and inspector. Julia facilitated all the communication seamlessly and efficiently, which was especially important since I was handling everything remotely. We worked with Julia to find the PERFECT mountain home for our family. During that time, she showed us a number of fantastic properties. She even contacted us PRIOR to a house going onto the market and was able to get us in to see it in advance of it being listed. Because of her relationships and hustle, we were able to submit an offer (which was accepted) and closed within a couple of weeks.
It is truly our DREAM home, and it is entirely a result of Julia’s hard work, relationships, market knowledge, and negotiation skills that we were able to successfully purchase the home of our dreams. She is OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend her!
