I don't know what some of these other reviewers are smoking. Maybe they're yelpers who wandered onto google by accident. Julia is hands-down the best realtor I've ever worked with. And I've bought/sold 6 houses in as many states. She's part shark, part counselor, and part "mom" . . . and a force of nature. She took charge of everything and even cracked the whip on a difficult buyer and two inept lawyers. She understood our house and represented it perfectly. In the end, she sold our house in 4 days at well over ask. Don't even interview another realtor. Just hire Julia, sit back, and let her do her thing.
