Julian Cogdill specializes in all aspects of Real Estate including Residential, Luxury, Commercial, & Land Acquisition. Julian has her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wyoming. She received her Real Estate License in 2013 and upgraded to Associate Broker in 2020. They share a business philosophy that Real Estate isn't a sales industry, but a service industry. They strive to have the best educated clients in Real Estate so that those clients can in turn make savvy and educated real estate decisions. When not advising and educating their clients, Julian and team actively advocate for higher professional standards in the Realtor profession.
