Julian Kirschenbaum

Julian is a licensed attorney and real estate broker. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Each year, he looked forward to his family’s trips to Colorado. As an avid skier, fisher, and outdoors person, Julian moved to Boulder in 2002 to attend the University of Colorado. He studied communication, business, and economics. During college, he worked for the Koth Group of Re/Max Alliance and learned the real estate markets of Longmont and Boulder. After graduation, Julian moved to Aspen. He was a ski instructor with the Ski and Snowboard Schools of Aspen/Snowmass and certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America - Rocky Mountain Division. He enjoyed building relationships with his clients and coaching all levels of alpine skiers. In 2010, Julian moved to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law. During law school, he earned a spot on the Dean’s Honors List as well as the Academic Achievement award. He graduated in 2012 and quickly moved back to Boulder to settle with his wife and daughter. Julian was admitted to the State Bar of Colorado in 2013. His law practice focused on estate planning and tax. He is enthusiastic about real estate and offering his professional and educational experience to provide his clients with the highest quality of service. Julian has a keen diligence and prides himself on dealing with his clients professionally, responsibly, and ethically.
