Juliana Pirtea

Having lived in three countries (Romania, Canada and United States), Juliana Pirtea had an early start by working hard to support her own family. Anyone who knows her well, would describe Juliana as driven by her determination, love of people, ability to connect and build relationships, listening to others in need and doing everything she could to help out. As a single young woman freshly out of college (Juliana holds a Degree in Business Management), she worked long hours in a sales role to make enough money for a down payment on her first house which she bought in Toronto, Canada. That was the beginning of her passion for buying, fixing, flipping and ultimately investing in real estate.

After a successful sales career in the Information Technology Consulting field, Juliana brings in sharp sales and contract negotiation skills, a keen understanding of marketing, selling and buying process and most importantly she has the ability to map other people’s needs and find ways to address those needs by becoming her clients’ trusted advisor.

Her energy and “joie de vivre” is infectious, constantly being fueled by having to raise triplets (2 boys and 1 girl) on her own. She is an inspiration for her friends, community and ultimately her business network with whom she has built long lasting, trustworthy relationships.

Juliana is fluent in English and Romanian, and lived in Union, Essex and Morris Counties. She is eager to put her people skills, communication, and loyalty to her clients work for you and help you achieve your personal goals of owning or investing into a home.
