Juliana Simone

Juliana Simone settled in Hawaii in 1983 after moving from northeast New Jersey where she grew up and Manhattan where she worked as an office manager. Licensed in Real Estate since 1985, she specializes in fine homes and properties on Oahu’s pristine North Shore, where she has resided since 1988.

Juliana has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists. Only 4% of Realtors nationwide have earned this credential by completing advanced courses and having demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. She takes pride in making ethics and integrity paramount in her real estate business!

Juliana has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and also as the North Shore Regional Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.

She enjoys yoga, swimming and snorkeling. She is also passionate about marine life conservation and animal welfare. Juliana was one of the founding board members of Malama Pupukea Waimea which is the watch group for the marine life conservation district that stretches from Waimea Bay to Shark's Cove.
