Juliann Cretsinger has been doing just that since she joined Signature Homes in 2007 as a sales associate and quickly established herself as a top-selling agent. She has won numerous industry awards, including a “Volume Award Winner” at the Building Industry Association’s Excellence Awards Show, and was integral in the successful sales and marketing of Signature Homes’ Ruby Hill master-planned community in Pleasanton. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Juliann oversees sales associates at all our communities, training and guiding them in the latest sales methods, ensuring that each sale closes effectively. She also makes sure that our sales and marketing staff never lose sight of Signature’s commitment to making the new home buying experience a positive one.
