Though Juli was the daughter of an Air Force officer and moved around the country during her early years, Texas has been home to her family for generations. Juli graduated from Texas A&M University, a family tradition, with a Bachelors of Arts in History and a minor in English. She then went on to earn her Secondary Teacher’s Certificate in the same two fields.
After selling their own business in San Marcos, Juli and family moved to Houston, where she taught History and English classes for a Tapestry co-op, for Covenant Academy, for Lampstand Press, and for PREP Classes. For that Tapestry co-op, Juli spent months each year directing the high schoolers in a major play production, a serious exercise in communication, project management, and organization. Communication was key in her teaching and directing, just as it is in real estate.
Now that Juli is pursuing real estate, all the educational skills and experience that marked her as a successful teacher enable her to help her clients understand and manage one of the biggest financial deals they will ever undertake. Coupled with the great team at RE/MAX Signature, Juli has access to all the tools and specialists necessary to walk you through each step of the process of buying or selling your home.
An avid college football fan, Juli actively contributes to the 12th Man Foundation for Texas A&M, and she is always happy to discuss Aggie and SEC sports. Juli also has researched genealogy for years, helping out others whenever she can. Helping and teaching are pretty much engrained in Juli’s DNA.
Juli and her husband have four children, 3 boys and a girl, whom she homeschooled through high school before they all went off to Texas A&M themselves. Now, in addition to her four children, four children-in-law and four grandchildren have joined the Dalton clan.
