Julie’s approach to Real Estate and what she believes has made her successful is to simply start with the needs of her clients, always be committed to those needs and to utilize every experience over her past 12 years of real estate practice to benefit her clients. It all began because she had a knack for assisting buyers in finding and negotiating for their perfect home, and soon her career morphed by utilizing her strong sales and marketing background to become even more successful in assisting people in selling their homes for the highest price possible, while buying negotiating a great deal for their next home simultaneously. Each client is in a unique situation, a different walk of life, with varying goals and dreams. And as a trusted advocate, Julie makes it her mission for every client to have the same outcome- an enjoyable and successful buying/selling experience that they can’t wait to tell their friends about.
