We were fortunate enough to hire Julianne Siciliano as our realtor in 2009. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and really knows her stuff. Not only did Julianne sell our town home for us in 2009 when no other units were selling in our development, but she also helped us to buy our current home in Manalapan, New Jersey. She is an extremely hard worker and a phenomenal realtor. She is totally dependable, reliable, and makes herself readily available to you any day at practically any hour. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, she finds out the correct answer and gets back to you immediately. We have referred her to many of our friends and family and everyone has the same positive things to say about both her and her work. I would highly recommend Julianne to anyone seeking a realtor. Hiring anyone else would be settling for second best!

From start to finish our experience with Julianne was excellent. Honestly she far exceeded our expectations and I would recommend her anytime. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase and was very patient and explained everything to us since we were 1st time buyers in NJ. We had a couple complications along the way and she went out of her way numerous amounts of times to do what she could. She kept in constant contact with us, our attorney and mortage broker to assure everyone was on the same page all the time. Not having met Julianne before calling her as she was listing agent on the home we purchased, we were a little skeptical but are so happy that we ended up getting one of the best real estate agents I have met. Again I would highly recommend her anytime as she is very experienced and knowledgable.

Julianne is simply AWESOME! My wife and I had our townhome on the market for 6 months with a Realtor who just didn't get things done. Thanks to Julianne and her team, we sold our townhome and were moved in to a new home for our family in 5 months. Thanks Julianne!
