About Julie

Julie Acuña of The Acuña Group is an award winning Keller Williams real estate agent, selling homes in the North Dallas and surrounding areas since 2001. Julie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, Metrotex Association of REALTORS® and the Collin County Association of REALTORS® where she is vice chair of the Murphy Realty Connection. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, a credential earned by the top 3% of real estate agents nationwide. With more than 600 transactions and a wealth of knowledge in the residential buying and selling process, Julie is ready to help clients take advantage of up or down real estate markets and assist with the lifestyle changes that accompany the client's move. In 2001, Julie made the jump from client to real estate agent and began her real estate career at a nationally recognized brokerage.

During her five years there, she earned the President's Circle award and was one of the brokerage's Top Producers. In 2007, an opportunity came up to become investors in a new Keller Williams office in Plano. Julie and her husband, Alex, invested in the new office immediately. In the Fall of 2010, they worked closely with the Keller Williams Central operating partner to open their newest location in Murphy, TX, a suburb of Dallas. With more than 22 years of real estate experience, Julie understands the lifestyle impact felt by home buyers and sellers. She believes when clients understand the process, they can set reasonable goals and expectations, helping smooth the path to making the move they want. It's important to her that clients know and understand their options.
