Julie was amazing to work with! She was on her way out of town on vacation when we wanted to view a home. She was able to get a fellow agent to show us the home, and then she spent the next 4 hours brokering our deal while on a boat! Her knowledge and professionalism during the entire process was outstanding, her resources limitless (we moved here from out of state), and she still continues to be a valued resource for us almost a year later. Julie is a one in a million realtor and person! She truly cares about her clients and reputation. She makes every fast and easy. She will respond 24/7 (I don't recommend asking her questions at 1 AM, but if you did; you'll surely get a response) If she cannot help you, no one can! I've never had a realtor as honest, patient, resilient and passionate as Julie! I never have to worry about anything when I have Julie on the job. She also doesn't stop at just getting you into a house, she helps find financial lenders for each individual financial situation. After feeling like my previous realtor was not willing to work with me as well as when I bought my previous place, I happened to be connected with Julie via Zillow. It was as if it was a sign cause she was amazing through the whole process before and after closing. When looking at homes her and her associate would go in to details of what to look for in homes for issues (like foundation). Since closing and moving into the property I bought she has been so helpful with getting issues resolved that were unforeseen when we closed.
