I met Julie just by luck and told her I was in the process of putting my house on the market. Julie came to my house and helped me tremendously getting it ready. It sold in just 10 days. Then the hunt began to find me a place. She was so nice and thoughtful trying to find a place for me and she would drop everything to meet me at places to look at. I finally found what I wanted. The transaction from the sale of my house and closing on the new one was easy. Even now if I have a question she is there! I highly recommend Julie.

As we approach the most wonderful time of the year, it is with enormous gratitude I recognize how God shines light upon our paths and connects us with the people who are best fit for us. Without doubt, after walking into an Open House in June 2020 we met Julie Barney with Century 21, who worked with us for one full year. Along with Julie, my husband and I looked at over 44 homes during a very pivotal time, following the nation's unfortunate pandemic. The wish list for our new home comprised over a dozen specific things we desired to have such as 4 bedrooms, finished basement, den/library, full bath in master bedroom, walk-end closets, nice community, etc. Our new home exceeded our expectations, but this took the work of a remarkable sale's agent. Julie Barney has a unique set of skills and qualities. She has a genuine sense of humor, she is a great listener, askes questions to ensure she stays aware of what your real needs are, and what matters most to you in a home. She is dedicated and committed. This wonderful lady actually reached down into a sump pump at a home we were once considering. On a daily basis, she sent text messages to inform us of homes that were on the market, those which fit our criteria. Julie made the time to meet sometimes two or more times a week to show us homes.
