Way more than your typical agent! Julie is a Saint of a person! My 88-year-old Dad decided to move from Inverness, Florida to Ocala, Florida, some 30 miles away. He does not hear well or grasp the many activities and complexities of buying and selling property in today's market. Julie took him under her wing as if he were her Dad. I helped from afar a little, but it was her who would go to his house and help him retrieve documents from the computer, take him to the bank, utility company and much much more. She is truly an Ambassador for Keller Williams. Although my Dad did not plan for Julie to sell his current home, she MORE than earned the right to do so. Stop looking for the right agent. My Dad found her for you. She will do what it takes to create a satisfied customer.

I am a loan officer with Guaranteed Rate and formerly of Keller Mortgage. I have been a top LO in the industry and as such have seen it all from Real Estate Agents. I have seen part timers who do not know anything and I have seen some who have had questionable morals and motives.

You will get NONE of that with Ms. Julie Beck. She is top notch when it comes to market knowledge, understanding and listening to borrower needs, holding everyone in the process accountable. All of this leads to a very high standard and very simple borrower and seller process.

She also cares about the community in which she lives and works and does a lot to give back to those communities. If I could give her 6 stars I would.

My wife and I could not have asked for a better realtor. We lived out of state, and needed to find a house here in Florida quickly. We flew in for a single day, and Julie spent the entire day with us looking at houses. She did an amazing job scheduling tours, and picking houses for us to see! We found the perfect home. Julie really went out of her way to help us find the home we needed. We were on such a time crunch, no problem for Julie. She took the week out for us, to show us as many as possible. (Plenty. We were looking all over for a house that met our needs and budget. Julie was our realtor in the Ocala area. She was amazing. We were very new to home buying and she had no issues "holding out hands" so to speak and walk us through everything. She was honest about properties we liked but had to pass on for one reason or another. She didn't try to shoehorn us in the first house just to get a sale. I cannot speak more highly about her professionalism and helpfulness. With confidence I tell you this. Do not go to any other realtor. Julie Beck out did our expectations and made our experience of being first time home buyers, she went to bat for us on everything from start to the day we got our keys. We met a realtor but walked away with a new friend, our 3 little daughters have grown to love on Julie. I am beyond grateful for her knowing exactly what we wanted and didnt allow us to settle when we felt discouraged, she was patient everytime and didn't rush us one bit. My husband and I had been looking for a house off and on for a couple months. We had found a couple that we liked and found that good houses sold quickly. So when we found a house we really liked we called the listing realtor right away. Ms. Julie Beck called us back from that office right away and she got us a viewing for the house that very afternoon. She then continued and showed us two other houses that same evening. One near the area, and the other was one that we had also liked that was 20 minutes away. She went about making an offer on the one we liked, while still sending us house listings that fit what we were looking for. The house that we made the offer on turned out to not fulfill all our needs. But within three days of contacting her, she found us our home. A month later, we were able to close on the home. All of this was done over Christmas break. We plan on having Ms. Beck help us aquire more land around us and help us with any future buys. Ms. Beck is honest, hardworking, friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. She is quick to communicate and she will have you in your forever home in no time. I would recommend her to both my friends and family.
