When Julie thinks about her journey through real estate these past 8 years, she is reminded how lucky she has been to find a job that she so thoroughly enjoys! Julie incorporates a diverse background of art and design from her home in GA, where she grew up. She is visual which works very well for her in real estate. She may see something that a buyer or seller will not see so nothing will be overlooked in this especially important purchase or sale. She is particularly good at helping sellers take a good look at their own homes and getting it ready for sale. From Atlanta, she went to Santa Fe NM to St John’s College. At “the Great Books School”, she learned the importance of the written word and how many meanings one word could provoke in different people. All people look at a purchase or sale from a different point of view whether they are the buyer or seller, home inspector, escrow agent, lender, appraiser, and tax assessor! Her job is to be always responsive to her client’s needs at all hours. Skill and care, honesty, loyalty and good faith, confidentiality, timeliness, existing facts, receipt and delivery for all money, and guidance are all words she takes to heart and delivers to her clients with wit and humor. She is a full-service agent. Seattle has been her home for the last 35 years with jobs including stock brokerage, pre-school, childcare, and of course, her own family of boys and golden retrievers. Seattle is so diverse in its neighborhoods with wonderful restaurants and a vibrant art community. Although she lives and works in Seattle, she is very mobile to other areas of the Greater Puget Sound area such as Edmonds, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Redmond to name a few.
