Julie was a dream to work with...she won us over with her tenacity in setting up search engines immediately that helped us find the right house to buy. She was always available to talk to and was very diligent about setting up appointments to view houses. When it came time to put an offer in, Julie walked us through the process and answered ALL of our questions. For us having a toddler, we were always grateful for her flexibility and patience. Julie Berryman will find a house for you. she will ask you what kind of house you want and she will find houses that match your desire, then send them to your computer, you pick the houses you want to view and send Julie a list of MLS numbers of the house you want to view and she will arrange a time for a view and at the same time will guide you on each MLS. I definitely recommend her. She assisted me when I was getting ready to move here by going out of her way to take pictures of a couple houses I was interested in. I first met Julie when I called her to inquire about properties in the North Kitsap area. I was new to the area, had horses, dogs, and cats!! I had no idea as to what or where we should look for a home....... Not unlike many others at this time of financial downturn, we had also had our challenges; so at that time my inquiry was more one of speculation. This did not deter Julie one bit from responding promptly to answer all of my questions with patience, knowledge and an amazing positive attitude!! (I had tried a couple of other offices and felt that they could not be bothered by someone in my situation). Fast forward to 2012; we are really ready to pursue purchasing a home! As it were Julie and I reconnected once again when I made an inquiry about another property. It was like we just picked up where we left off amlost 2 years prior!! But now, we are looking to purchase!!! As before, Julie embraced us in our search, and continues to support us through this process. She is not only knowledgeable, experienced, and local......Julie is also committed to finding her clients the right home for their needs; she is responsive, available when needed, does her homework and has a vast plethora of resources to assist with the financing options. We were up in WA for a week house hunting- we had been checking online for houses for a few months, Julie contacted us through a web site we had signed up for. Julie looked for houses for us that fit our criteria, and sent us updates on listings. When we arrived in WA Julie spent many days showing us many many houses, and some again. She spent a lot of time with us driving around even calling on some we drove by that were not on our list. At the end of a week we decided to put an offer on a house. Julie did a great job working on the contract and getting us our house. Her local knowledge is a great advantage. I feel Julie went above and beyond for us, she is a very lovely lady and we would hight recommend her to anyone coming to Kitsap to look for a house by user4974185

We found Julie because we were driving past a home we liked on Easter Sunday and called on a whim. She came and met us at the house within twenty minutes! We are still in the buying process and struggling to find a specific type of home in a low inventory market. It's been three months, and she's been patient, responsive and understanding of our special needs. I know we will find the right home, and when we do it will be due largely to her diligence.
