Julie and her husband Pete loves meeting new clients and empowering buyers and sellers to make the most of their individual situations! Living here for more than 20 years, she knows the cities/neighborhoods/schools and the market well; she finds it exciting to help new folks acclimate to Olympia and surrounding cities as well as assisting local people in meeting their current needs around the area. She has walked with clients who are first time buyers, assisted investors in locating great rental properties, helped families relocate, and represented clients’ long distance.
