This was my first experience selling a home. I had just retired and recently lost my Spouse. So it was a very difficult time too say the least! I needed to sell and relocate in a very short time, and there was so much to do. After sitting down and listening to my specific situational needs Julie went right to work. While trying to get everything ready to move and the property ready to sell Julie was already working with a buyer! She handled everything from inspections to document preparation. I had no idea selling a home in such a short time would go so smoothly! Of course it was all do the hard work and caring efforts of Ms. Burger.
