Julie provided us excellent representation in the sale of our commercial property. She did a lot of extra work to help promote the property. We ended up accepting and offer within 2 weeks of listing for more than the original asking price. Couldn't ask for better support from a realtor. I cannot recommend Julie enough.

Julie is top notch. Julie has represented us twice selling our current home and buying the next one. Once, we made the mistake of trying another agent and that deal fell through and went we quickly back to Julie.

Our first experience with Julie may have had the most complications (caused by our own situation) ever!! In both deals, Julie remained calm and found resolution through her extensive list of contacts for every obstacle and every issue that comes up, even when I was ready to walk away. She is available (and working) at all hours (does she sleep??) and if she is not available will respond quickly to set up a time better suited.

She will be involved in whatever our next move or purchase will be!
