Julie Campbell

Julie graduated from Iowa State University in 1982, and by 1983, she had her first real estate license. She is married to Craig, and they have two children. They used to live in Minnesota, where she was a property manager, managing farms, houses, apartments, townhouses, and condos. They returned to Iowa in 2005 to raise their family. Now their children are grown and her daughter, Emily, and husband, Chao, work with her at Iowa Realty. Chao speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, and Emily speaks both English and Mandarin.

Julie loves all things real estate - whether farms, acreages, or residential real estate. She loves working with out-of-the-area sellers and first-time homebuyers. Because she has been in real estate for many years, including rehabbing investment properties, she brings experience to the table to assist out-of-the-area owners with every aspect of selling their properties and helping first-time buyers purchase a home that meets their needs.
