About Julie

As the team lead and founder of Rock Star Luxe, Julie is driven, loyal, tenacious, focused, and compassionate. After skyrocketing as an individual agent, she decided it was finally time to create the Rock Star Luxe brand and team as the real estate experience every client deserves, but rarely receives. The team focuses on the old fashioned traditional values of service - clients that are worthy of next level customer service, attention to detail, and care.

She wanted to create something special for herself and her kids. As a natural leader, Julie has spent years dedicating time to help her community. Starting a team was a natural step for her, and now every member of Rock Star Luxe has made the team feel like a family, and she is incredibly proud.

Julie brings with her many years of real estate experience. Having homeschooled 3 kids of different ages, she mastered the art of multitasking, managing time, and building a deep reservoir of patience all while being in tune with others and their needs. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, which allows her to better navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of real estate with a deeper understanding of how to support and encourage each client.

Julie has been recognized as an “Agent to Know” by Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty (KWCLM). The White Mountain Board of Realtors called Julie “The Rising Star” in 2021. With her leadership, the Rock Star Luxe team was also granted the Triple Gold Award in 2021 by KWCLM, with Julie herself closing over $10 million in sales volume.

As of the spring of 2023, Julie is a published author of a book for new and struggling real estate agents.

Julie was welcomed and rewarded into the earned-in community of KW Luxury in 2024. An exclusive community that requires a production threshold set by regional and local leadership.
