prmpayson Zillow 2/2/2015: Julie took over 20 photographs of my home inside and out. She posted them to Payson Homes for Sale, and they were seen by a lady in Oklahoma who was looking to move back to Payson. The woman had two friends check out my home and then her previous handyman checked it over, too. They convinced her it was just what she wanted. Through Julie's expertise and the other Realtor, the sale was consummated in a short time. While I was undergoing therapy after surgery in the Phoenix area, Julie took care of all the details and kept in constant touch with me. From start to finish, Julie executed the sale in a very professional manner. I could not have done it without her!

She respects her clients, keeps them informed and goes beyond to make sure her clients understand the process for buying or selling. CherylJ. Zillow 5/8/2016 We just bought a second home, exactly what we wanted, from Julie Coleman. A few years ago we bought a condo from her and she sent us listings that met our criteria for almost 2 years. She was very selective in the referrals she sent us. All of a sudden we found another listing that met our needs perfectl: a small home with no stairs. We were new to town before and she helped us with everything we needed to know or could think to ask. She was immediately responsive to us whether it was voicemail, text or e-mail. Her negotiation skills assisted us in buying a jewel in the neighborhood the first time and a true fixer upper the second, exactly what we wanted. As we, the buyers, talked she often made suggestions that saved us from making mistakes that we would regret later. She also gave us contacts in areas where we needed them. Yes, Julie Coleman, is a true professional and competent Real Estate Agent. If we look for property again we will definitely contact her first!

First off, she was very patient and met with me several weekends to look at 15+ houses. I wasn't quite sure exactly what I was looking for so by looking at lots of options it became clear what I wanted. When a home in the location I really wanted came on the market, Julie was available right away to show it to me. My wife and I stopped in Payson Az. on a Saturday afternoon at the Bishop Coldwell Banker Agency and were fortunate enough to meet Julie Coleman. She did a quick get to know you with us and made several suggestions on the area and properties that were available based on our informal chat. We toured the area's and found a vacant lot that we were thrilled with! We met with Julie on Monday morning, toured it again with her, and very quickly had the pertinent information we needed to make a decision on the lot. This was critical to us as we had other obligations and had to leave Payson early Tuesday afternoon. Our offer went forward and through each step of the process Julie kept us up to speed and well informed. She made us aware of what to expect, informed us as to who we should talk to in doing our due diligence, and was persistent in making sure our stipulations were adhered to. She left no stone unturned. This process went smoothly because of her work ethic, and was an important factor to us as we were out of state buyers.
