Julie is one of the best realtors that Tallahassee has to offer. Born and raised here in Tallahassee, Julie has an amazing ability to match her clients to their perfect home.
After watching my friend sell her current home while simultaneously buying another home within a month or two OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY...I started asking more questions. My friend gave me Julie’s number.
From the first conversation, Julie feels like a family member. She is very intuitive which enables her to get to know a client and their needs/wants very quickly. She stays in constant communication and thoroughly watches the market to make sure her clients are getting the most square footage for their money when buying and the most money for their square footage when selling.
After watching her sell our current home while finding us a newer home and then helping us “win” it all within a quick turn around I could not speak more highly of an individual.
Julie Cox-Money truly is one of a kind and I highly recommend her to help you sell and/or find you you're next new/new to you home.

Julie was very customer oriented and responsive to my needs including my financial parameters. Very important in a field where ‘up selling’ seems to be the most important aspect of your relationship with a realtor. I bought and sold a house with her. Julie has been fantastic to work with during this entire experience. Once we put our house on the market, it took 1 month to sell due to her excellent marketing strategy. It took us a year and half to find the perfect home to buy due to our check list.Julie was very patient with us and was searching daily until she found it for us. Julie’s name says it all——She is right on the MONEY!!!! What an energetic, fantastic lady agent that helped us all along the way in our property search.

Julie did an amazing job in helping with the entire process of selling our home. She did all the staging making the home look like it was in a magazine. As a result the home was under contract in less than 24 hours after being listed and was the top selling home in the neighborhood. She was always very responsive to all communication and answered questions quickly. She not only sold our home but she worked to secure a contract for the purchase of a new home for me at the same time. I hated having a realtor...until I worked with Julie! She was amazing! When I was nervous or hesitant she did a wonderful job of settling me down and explaining the intricacies of negotiation and the process. She always advised me well. She is 1 of 2 realtors that I trust. The 2nd is a realtor in a Jacksonville that SHE recommended! She is the consummate professional that goes above and beyond in all that she touches. She actually came in and decorated our house for showing. I was clueless. If you do not use Julie to sell or aide you in a purchase you are losing money! She is networked well and set up to have her personal people take care of small work we needed done. There wasn’t any area In the process that she didn’t have covered! I have purchased 3 homes with Julie and sold 2! Call her if you have questions. She is on it!!!
